Albert Kahn Associates is currently designing a prototype office and distribution center for Berkshire E-Supply. The design consists of two buildings on the same site with a connecting walkway. The administration building is two-story, 19,187 sq. ft. office building.

The distribution building is designed as a 144,000 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution center with open floor space for flexibility and efficient expansion. Shipping and receiving logistics are a primary function of the building. The attached two-story office also hosts a mezzanine.

The building design is intended to be attractive with visual prominence from a major highway. Kahn has been involved in site evaluation and site approval process. Kahn will also be the program manager on this project
